The room is attached to a bathroom equipped with its own shower unit. The house itself is fully furnished with all the amenities needed. Light cooking is allowed.

HKL and IMR are just opposite of the condo. The major public transport and free bus services are 3 min walking distance

Currently, two Malaysian females (working at HKL) are living in the house. They are friendly, easygoing, CLEAN, and QUIET. Looking for a similar tenant (female) to join them on 1st Feb 2025. No sharing or couples.
