1. ROOMS are all same size with different beds types (single, bunk) with only ceiling fan, no AC and no window, except R7.
2. RENT quoted is for one person, additional person add RM60-RM100/month. UTILITIES is excluded. Landlord will prorata accordingly and inform tenant of amount to pay within 5 days.
3. COOKING can be done at small kitchen. You can bring own stove to cook. Rubbish to dispose daily to prevent pests (cockroaches, ants). No fridge, buy enough to cook.
4. BATHROOMS are to be share by 1-3 rooms (max 4 persons each toilet). Please use the allocated toilet and clean up after yourself.
5. LAUNDRY can be done by handwash only and use the metal rods provided to dry but remove your cloths after it's dry to give space for others housemates. Or get it done at dobi/laundry shops nearby.
6. GENDER is no restriction, both male/female can stay. If you are female, ENQUIRED ONLY if you don't mind staying with males.
